During the summer season, you can walk to the Lac Mercier beach.

Opening of the pool and spa from June 17 for the summer season between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The common amenities including the spa, the swimming pool and the tennis court are available during the summer only.

The internet you will have is a 100 Mbps connection which is sufficient for teleworking.

The condo is located on the 3rd floor. The building does not have elevators. Therefore, not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

This condo is non-smoking inside and out.

Animals and parties are prohibited.

Fines are provided by the union if these regulations are not respected.
