Please note that we give no guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance performed during this period).

The Internet you will have is a 100 Mbps wired connection, which is sufficient for telecommuting.
Please note that during the winter period (November to April), we do not guarantee access to or operation of the outdoor fireplace due to weather conditions that are beyond our control.
