This cozy, comfortable and contemporary chalet is located on the shores of Lac-à-May, in Entrelacs, in Lanaudière, an hour from Montreal.

The lake, surrounded by mature trees, is peaceful and forbidden for motorboats, but navigable. A huge private plot with a landing staircase will take you to the dock.

The very bright chalet offers a plunging view of the lake. From its large windows, two patio doors, large balcony and terrace, you can admire the wind in the leaves and the light reflected on the water. You will spend unforgettable moments with family and/or friends.

The dining room has breathtaking views of the lake. Appliances are included : fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster with Keurig coffee machine (capsules not included). Everything you need to cook and eat is also available: dishes and pots. A baby high chair is also provided.

The well water is potable and a Brita pitcher is also available if you like cold and filtered water.

Note that the chalet is non-smoking.

1. There are large slopes to climb up and down. We also recommend good winter tires in good condition. Small compact cars such as the Nissan Versa, Toyota Yaris or other compact city cars will not be able to get on in winter and even sometimes in the middle of summer. You can park at the bottom of the slope and walk up. Plan sleds or toboggans to take your luggage with you. We will not be liable if you do not consider our recommendations. Include traction aids, sands, salts and other gadgets for driving in winter. We don’t have any equipment to pull your car if it gets stuck in the snow.

2. The main roads to the cottage are paved, but the secondary roads are gravel, so if you own a luxury or low-profile vehicle, the rocks can scratch your car.

3. Also note that the internet provided in our cottages is via satellite or wireless and not unlimited as in the city. This means that it can slow down at any time especially in bad weather. Unfortunately, you will then have to use your cellular network without compensation from us.

4. The presence of small rodents in the field or sometimes even inside the cottages is possible, but be sure that we use exterminators and any kind of means to keep them away. We are intruders in their natural habitat. Keep the doors of the cottage and your car closed at all times to prevent rodents from entering.

5. You can move the furniture during your stay, but please return it to its original place when you leave or you will be charged a $50 fee.

6. Boats will be available from 15 May to 15 October.

7. The Spa is available every 12 months of the year.
*** Please note not to leave the spa lid open if you are not using it unless we ask you to. The water evaporates much faster with the lid open and there is a high risk of breaking the water heater or the complete unit. The full deposit will be kept for the repair of the spa.

*** Note that if we consider that the spa water is to be changed due to misuse and non-compliance with regulations, additional fees of up to $250 may apply.

8. No noise outside after 9pm. The deposit will be kept if we receive a complaint from a neighbor and it is justified.

9. Any additional tenants not declared prior to arrival will be charged a fee of $250 per night.

10. Camping wood is not provided from September 15 to May 15.

11. Propane gas for the BBQ is not provided between September 15 and May 15.

12. Satisfaction policy:
Any problems or dissatisfaction during the stay must be reported to the host before your departure so that we can correct the situation or offer compensation if it is justified. No compensation will be offered if you express a complaint after leaving the premises.
