When you arrive, no need to report scalds on the kitchen counter. Repair scheduled for spring. The wall next to the shower will also be repaired in spring.

At Airbnb’s request, the fee for non-compliance with the regulations must be detailed in the messages.

1. There are large slopes to climb up and down. We also recommend good winter tires in good condition. Small, compact cars such as the Nissan Versa, Toyota Yaris or other compact city cars will not be able to get up in winter and even sometimes in the middle of summer. You can park at the bottom of the slope and walk up. Bring sleds to take your luggage with you. We will not be liable if you fail to consider our recommendations. Bring help, sand, salt, and other gadgets to drive in the winter. We do not have any equipment to pull your car if it is stuck in the snow.

2. The main roads to the cottage are paved, but the secondary paths are gravel, so if you own a luxury or low vehicle, the rocks can scuff your car.

3. Also note that the internet provided in our cottages is via satellite and not unlimited as in the city. This means it can slow down at any time especially in bad weather. Unfortunately, you will then have to use your cellular network without compensation from us.

4. The presence of small rodents on the grounds or sometimes even inside the chalets is possible, but rest assured that we use exterminators and any kind of means to keep them out of the way. We are intruders in their natural habitat. Keep the doors of the cottage and your car closed at all times to prevent rodents from entering. Try not to leave food on the counter or in the food guard. Preferably in the fridge or in closed plastic boxes.

5. You can move the furniture during your stay, but please put it back in its original place when you check out. You will be charged an additional fee if we need to put the furniture back in its place after your departure.

6. Boat boats will be available depending on the climate. Late spring to early fall.

7. The Spa is available for the 12 months of the year.
*** Please note that you do not leave the spa cover open if you are not using it, the reason is that the water escapes much faster and there is a high risk of the water heater being broken or the full unit.

*** Please note that if we consider the spa water to be subject to change due to misuse and non-compliance with regulations, additional charges of up to $250 may apply.

8. No noise outside after 9pm. The deposit will be retained if we receive a complaint from a neighbor and it is warranted.

9. Any additional tenant not reported prior to arrival will be charged a $250 per night fee. We reserve the right to refuse additional guests at our discretion. For covid, you must limit yourself to one family bubble at a time.

10. Wood for camping unfortunately is not provided from September 15 to May 15.

11. Propane gas for BBQ is not provided between September 15 and May 15.

12. Satisfaction policy:
Any issues or dissatisfaction during the stay must be reported to the host prior to your departure so that we can correct the situation or offer compensation if warranted. No compensation will be offered if you make a complaint after leaving the premises.
